Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags and protective packaging are included.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
